Jim Roddy, president of Jameson Publishing, was recently interviewed on the nationally syndicated Experience Pros business radio show. Experience Pros can be heard weekdays in Denver, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Birmingham, and St. Louis.
In this interview, Roddy talks about the importance of hiring the right fit and building a team. “You have to give folks (your employees) a chance to succeed or fail,” Roddy says. “That’s really when they’re going to learn.
