Jameson (formerly Corry) Publishing Ranked #5 Among '10 Best Magazine Publishing Companies To Work For'

For the second year in a row, Jameson Publishing has been named one of the best publishing companies to work for in the United States, according to Publishing Executive magazine. Jameson Publishing came in at number five of the '10 Best Magazine Publishing Companies To Work For.' The ranking was based primarily on confidential employee surveys examining workplace experience and company culture and reviewed company benefits along with corporate policies to determine the top 10 publishing companies to work for nationwide.

"The list recognizes companies that go above and beyond to make their employees feel appreciated and valued, and to help them balance their work and personal lives," wrote Noelle Skodzinski, editor-in-chief of Publishing Executive in the November 2008 issue.

Publishing Executive, which analyzes the magazine publishing industry and has been serving the needs of the industry for 19 years, emphasized Jameson Publishing's standards, outlined in an employee-generated document called "What We Stand For" that serves as its culture's core, from its hiring practices to daily business decisions.

Jameson Publishing, located at Knowledge Park 5340 Fryling Road, Suite 300 in Erie, PA and 2591 Wexford-Bayne Road in Wexford, PA, publishes three national information technology trade magazines (Business Solutions, Integrated Solutions, and Integrated Solutions For Retailers) and one national life science magazine (Life Science Leader).
